I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic, & nature-based therapy. My focus is on helping people process trauma and experience empowerment, connection, calmness, & a sense of awe. I also support people with the sometimes-debilitating symptoms of ADHD and chronic pain. In our sessions, we may also use parts work, mindfulness, movement, & other therapeutic modalities that help you feel embodied, build confidence, face fears, & find alignment emotionally, physically, & energetically.
Many of my clients identify as perfectionists, people pleasers, and empaths. They struggle with guilt and shame, setting boundaries, and making time for themselves. They are often going through major life transitions, including loss, and are working through grief, anxiety, and depression.
Having personally experienced many of these challenges myself, I bring a unique blend of empathy, compassion, and evidence-based treatment to my practice. I offer clients ways to experiment with and study what is and isn't working in their lives, helping to guide them toward attunement and behavior change.
