I work with teens, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, trauma, depression, parenting and relationship concerns. Using approaches including CBT, DBT, attachment-focused therapy, and EMDR, we help you understand what’s keeping you stuck and build practical tools to feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or like you’re just talking in circles. My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping you understand yourself while giving you tools you can actually use in everyday life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out, just a willingness to take the first step.
