Congrats on taking a brave step by exploring helpers! Maybe you just can’t seem to find solid footing. The micro-moment you find yourself in a flow, it vanishes, stolen, and you worry you’ve worked so hard only to find yourself back at square one. You’re exhausted from endless uncertainty, and worse yet, you’re feeling terrified of your inner-critic taking hold of another chance to beat you down. Yes, you want to shut that part of your brain up, but more than that, you want another voice to come into power because this ain’t working. You may feel out of your depth like there is too much for you to make sense of on your own.
I'm passionate about working alongside adolescents and adults navigating life transitions (relational, familial, career, health, location, personal growth, etc.), maneuvering relationship concerns (romantic, familial, and platonic), processing trauma (including CPTSD), and learning to reconnect to themselves through the throws of anxiety and depression.
Oftentimes, my clients and I find ourselves sharing laughter, tears, and heavy sighs of "being human is hard." We don't shy away from naming systems negatively impacting our well-being, and we get creative about how to find and hold strong to our agency.
