About
Tarynn Meier, Clinical Director of Everlasting Wellness LLC and Therapist, has been an active member in good standing with the American Counseling Association since 2010. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy provider. Additionally, she has intensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Contingency Management, Motivational Interviewing, Prolonged Exposure, and treatment of Substance Use as well as Mental Health issues inclusive of process (also known as behavioral) addictions.
Tarynn has a special interest in helping individuals recognize, break free, and recover from gaslighting and narcissistic relationships. Her therapeutic style is compassionate but direct with the intention of offering individualized reframing/coaching to help activate behavioral change congruent with Client's life worth living goals and values.
She is especially invested in helping women, of all ages, cultivate self-advocacy and personal well-being skills that will greatly impact success in relationships as well as in academia and vocational milieus.
