Currently accepting new clients! I believe that we all deserve the opportunity to discover our true selves, heal from past experiences, and grow in meaningful ways. My goal is to create an environment that encourages exploration of emotions and beliefs, paving the way to a life that feels the most authentic and fulfilling. I am deeply committed to offering affirming care to LGBTQ+ individuals, fostering a space where exploring identity is always welcomed and validated.
My work is deeply grounded in trauma-informed care, focusing on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. While these are my areas of specialty, I have experience addressing a broad range of mental health concerns, including disordered eating.
Whether you are new to therapy or already familiar with the process, I am here to support you every step of the way.
