Hello! My name is Taryn Ward, and I believe that all deserve the opportunity to discover their true selves, heal from past experiences, and grow in meaningful ways. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where you can explore your emotions and beliefs and can navigate challenges to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I am deeply committed to offering affirming care to LGBTQ+ individuals, fostering a space where exploring identity is always welcomed and validated.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, with a focus on supporting individuals as they navigate disordered eating, anxiety, and depression. While these are my areas of specialty, I have experience addressing a broad range of mental health concerns.
Whether you are new to therapy or already familiar with the process, I am here to support you every step of the way.
