I'm a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals reconnect with their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward lasting change. With extensive experience supporting clients through life's challenges, I bring a grounded and empathetic presence to each session. I specialize in working with trauma, and I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for processing difficult experiences.

I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. My approach is rooted in a blend of relational therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and EMDR, which allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.

I believe that healing happens in connection, and I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and story.
