I'm a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals reconnect with their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward lasting change. With extensive experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship issues, I bring a grounded and empathetic presence to each session. I specialize in working with trauma, and I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for processing difficult experiences.

I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns. My approach is rooted in a blend of relational therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and EMDR, which allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.

I believe that healing happens in connection, and I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and story.
