I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) with 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I have had the privilege of helping adults navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, and other challenges that impact their emotional well-being. My goal is to create a compassionate, safe space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

I hold a master’s in clinical counseling from Emporia State University. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help clients identify how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence daily life.
