I believe therapy supports a “pause” from the everyday life, that allows space for intentional reflection, new perspectives and the vision to step outside of patterns that are no longer serving you. Whether you’re experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, past trauma, or even just looking to start a journey of self-discovery, we’ll go at your pace, in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be your true self.

I will bring authenticity, passion toward mental health and my many years of experience working with teens and adults in all levels of mental health services (including school-based therapy, psychiatric inpatient, psychiatric outpatient, psychiatric residentials, substance-use treatment facilities and foster care).
