I help teens, adults, and families move through trauma of all types, grief, loss, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, divorce adjustment, healthy boundaries, codependency, spiritual abuse, attachment issues, and other difficulties, toward lasting change. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, we’ll create a plan that helps you find relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of strength. As a breast cancer survivor, I bring both clinical expertise and lived resilience to the work we do together. I'm also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists.

I use Brainspotting and EMDR - proven methods for treating trauma and PTSD - along with other evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. Those approaches include Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness.
