I am passionate about supporting creatives, artists and creative thinkers looking to break limiting patterns and cycles in their art, work, relationships and sex lives. In our sessions together we will explore ways to work through personal, creative, intimacy or sexual deadlocks, manage symptoms of emotional overwhelm, creative fatigue, sexual shame and “imposter syndrome" and challenge habitual responses in order to help discover and reintroduce the parts of ourselves that may have been left behind, unexpressed, repressed or unexplored.
I work with individuals and couples (2+) and I integrate body centered creative arts approaches into the therapeutic process to help reach beyond the limitations of traditional talk therapy. My approach centers curiosity, playfulness, well placed humor and warmth while simultaneously offering an assertive and focused approach to the therapeutic process.
