I specialize in couples, matrescence, and adolescents. For couples, I offer therapy grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we work to understand and alter painful patterns, to practice effective communication and connection, and to foster an environment for secure attachment. Matrescence, or the process of becoming a mother, encapsulates this monumental journey of transformation. Adolescence also captures a chapter of life woven with change, expansion, and often challenges. For mothers and adolescents, I use a psychodynamic approach to facilitate integration and healing.

There are seasons in every person’s life when mental health must take priority, and therapy can be a powerful catalyst for meaningful change. I believe each person holds the resilience and capacity to move toward wholeness and fulfillment.

Additionally I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and offer this as a treatment modality for resourcing and trauma. Rooted in depth psychology, I serve as adjunct faculty at Pacifica Graduate Institute.
