I enjoy working primarily with teens and young adults and I strive to be LGBTQIA+ affirming! I believe that holding a space for individuals to reconnect and heal the relationship with themselves is one of the most beautiful aspects of therapy.

My passions within the therapy world are working through trauma, anxiety, body image, and exploring gender expressions and sexual identities. In my experience, therapy is a mixture of cultivating inner love, deconstructing shame, and allowing all emotions to exist without judgment. Laughter and tears are welcome too :)

I chose to pursue a career in counseling to hold a space for individuals to feel safe in their mind and body. I integrate internal family systems and interpersonal neurobiology. I believe that all parts of us are good and deserve to be heard, seen, and loved.
