Deciding to change is hard, requiring courage to look within, ability to acknowledge pain, and finding the strength to manage our mental burdens. Many clients have asked what the formula is to have success in therapy, and I tell them it’s about making appointments, showing up, and participating. For those who are ready, change often comes in positive and unexpected ways. I believe you are the expert in your life, and I’m here to help you discover the strengths already within you; as we all hold untapped healing power but sometimes need a guild to find it within ourselves.
I offer in-person weekend sessions for those with limited weekday availability. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in humanistic, collaborative care. I incorporate humor, psychoeducation, and creative therapies to support meaningful, personalized healing. Though I specialize in trauma, I do not work with active substance abuse.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and believe meaningful change comes through validation, exploration, questioning, and commitment.
