I am a graduate of Argosy University and earned my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am very excited and dedicated to my therapy career and I love helping others find their true selves through the process of healing. I believe in connecting to our emotions and experiences to better understand ourselves and to essentially grow personally and relationally. I also have a passion for helping people understand their trauma and learn how to heal from it. Finally, I look forward to collaborating with my clients to help them develop new skills and learn how to develop resiliency in the face of life's struggles.
I enjoy helping people gain new insight and awareness of themselves through their growth and healing experience. I do not believe in "one-size fits all" methods and look forward to finding what works for each client. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Therapy can seem intimidating at first but it's so helpful to have someone who listens, is understanding and wants to help you figure out how to be the best you possible.
