I offer a client centered approach where you guide each session and decide when to come for support. During sessions, I provide feedback that highlights your strengths and validates your experiences. Together, we work towards creating practical next steps tailored to your goals. Evening/late appointments are available.

I will provide support without judgement by focusing on your strengths to assist in healing. It is difficult to share details of your darkest moments and the fact that you are here seeking help is the first step.
