I am glad you found me! If you are here, most likely you or somebody you care about has encountered circumstances that are creating obstacles in life. I am here to help kids (ages 8 and up), adolescents or adults overcome their distress so that they can thrive and become the best version of themselves . I have experience treating depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, parenting challenges, grief and trauma. I also have extensive experience working with neurodiversity, such as ASD and ADHD. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment for all of my clients and their families.
I use a variety of methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, youth focused play therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mood management, and anxiety reduction. I individualize my approach to meet the needs of each client. I am comfortable using play therapy techniques and talk therapy.
I believe in creating strong relationships where we can work together to discover the life you deserve. To make your journey as convenient as possible, I offer tele-therapy and tele-play therapy sessions with a variety of hours during the day and during the evening.
