I take a holistic approach to care and incorporate Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), CBT, attachment-based approaches, and coaching strategies. Each client receives an intentional, tailored approach that honors their unique experiences and strengths.
