I'm Tara, LCSW and founder of Finish Line Mindset LLC. If you're looking for relief from anxiety, depression, mental blocks, disordered eating, and mental fatigue then you are in the right place. I specialize in mental performance training and mindfulness for athletes and non-athletes alike. I also support BIPOC and LGBTQIA folks with anxiety, trauma, and sports performance needs using mindfulness and ACT modalities.
