In my 20+ years working in mental health, I have deepened my passion and knowledge for working with gay men, queer and trans individuals, and those living with HIV through a lens of sex-positivity and sexual health.
When I was unexpectedly diagnosed with ADHD in 2020, I felt surprised by how few treatment options existed for someone like me. It became my goal to create and provide trauma-informed support for other neurodivergent adults trying to manage life in a neurotypical-centered world. I'm now trained as both an ADHD coach and clinical services provider.
