Tara Tulley's Groups

Womens Community Create, Connect, and Communicate

This is a new group I am replacing the addiction, eating disorder, postpartum, and meditation groups with. This group is here to be a safe haven for women needing community, connection, and is facilitated by a licensed therapist to address the needs of the group members. Feel free to bring a creative project, or learn and try out the art of hand spinning with a full range of drop spindles and fiber I carry. Spinning is a soothing way to relieve stress and actively meditate. You can also come just to talk and find a safe space.
