When our soul is trapped within this darkness it can be difficult to navigate towards the doorway of freedom. Loss can take many forms-the death of a loved one or cherished pet, an unexpected medical diagnosis, the end of a relationship, a miscarriage, even the loss of a body part or job. No matter the source of your grief, it is valid & real. I will provide you with compassion, support & unique solutions using evidenced based techniques to help you cope & recover from grief &loss, anxiety, depression, trauma & cancer.
With over a decade in mental health, I specialize in assisting clients work through grief, anxiety & negative thought patterns. As a 2x cancer survivor, I empathize deeply with chronic illness sufferers & their caregivers. Together, we'll tackle anxiety, panic, stress, & feelings of despair, fostering hope & resilience. You don't have to remain stuck.
