Maybe you’ve never talked about your experiences before, or you just long to be seen and heard. You're not alone. My areas of expertise include trauma and PTSD (including complex and/or sexual abuse), eating disorders (providing talk therapy and somatic meal coaching), women's issues, and grief. I am dedicated to social justice and work from an anti-oppressive lens, focusing on providing support to LGBTQIA2S+ folks, people of color, women, teens, and professional helpers.

I work with individuals and couples of all ages. I operate from an eclectic lens, drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. I am a rostered TF-CBT Clinician, and hold specialized training in The GRIEF Approach and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. I offer sessions via telehealth in North and South Carolina, and in person sessions in Charleston, SC.

As a therapist, I believe in the power of acceptance, empowerment, a good laugh (and cry), and practical support.
