Using a blend of EMDR, CBT, ACT, and narrative therapies, we will work together to help you navigate life's challenges with tools that resonate with you, to help you make sense of what you’re going through, and find ways forward. Also, I'm a humanist/atheist, and those deconverting from religion or dealing with religious trauma are safe here.
Oh, and when I’m not working, I’m a musician, an activist in the intersectional feminist and LGBTQIA2S+ (bi/pan gal here) spaces, an okay-ish cook trying to improve (recipes and tips welcome!) and a proud cat mom of 2: Mars & Lilith.
