Hello, I am a licensed Psychologist and have been working in the field for approximately 20 years. As a psychologist, I find fulfillment in helping individuals navigate, not only mental health challenges, but daily challenges in life by providing a supportive and compassionate environment. In our first session together, we will do brief introductions, and then you will be asked to provide a brief history of your life. We will then discuss the specific challenges you are facing, and what has helped or not helped so far. This will help me to create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.
One of my biggest strengths is empathetic understanding, or the ability to put myself in other people's shoes. By doing so, I am able to offer a sense of acceptance without judgment, building trust and confidence in your abilities.
