I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 15 years of experience. My approach to treatment is upbeat, compassionate, interactive, and solution-focused. I use a combination of holistic and scientific modalities such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, problem solving treatment, and behavioral activation.
My undergraduate degree is from the University of Pennsylvania and my Master’s from Hunter College School of Social Work. I am experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults in mental health facilities, school-based programs, & private practice settings.
