I focus on providing a safe, supportive, and encouraging space for client to examine their identities as they maneuver through life's challenges. I have worked with individuals struggling with addictions, exploring various life transitions, and navigating trauma. I enjoy helping people confront their addictions and find confidence in a path forward. While much of therapy analyzes problems, I create a positive environment that will emphasize your strengths and accomplishments so that you can attain your goals.
I have extensive experience guiding individuals through the criminal justice system, helping clients analyze their relationship with substances, and assisting client's through major life changes. In addition, I utilize EMDR to help clients cope with traumas and anxieties. One of my greatest joys is to see client's succeed in achieving their goals!
I often see people when they feel helpless and broken. Watching clients develop a new sense of self while working through the challenges of addiction, trauma, and family issues, creates a unique and successful atmosphere for healing.
