I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family issues, and relationship distress. Our first step together will be co-creating a safe space for you to unpack what is currently going on in your life and the history of what has lead you to now. With this foundation we will be able to create a path towards healing, healthier relationships, personal growth and resilience.
I guide my work with compassion, understanding, curiosity, and the knowledge that every individual I work with has unique needs. I use my clinical expertise to work with you in each session to empower you to understand yourself more fully, work through painful emotions, connect with your body, strengthen your relationships and highlight your strengths.
