I use an evidence-guided, integrated, client-centered therapeutic approach to facilitate change.
I received my MSW from Yeshiva University. I have an expertise in mediation, crisis management, work related performance improvement, anxiety and depression. I draw heavily from cognitive behavioral (CBT) and psychodynamic techniques. In May of 2025, I obtained my doctorate in clinical social work.
