You know your struggles, your dreams, and I know the coping skills and therapeutic pathways to help you reach your goals. My goal is to help strengthen trust in yourself, and find peace. I support people in managing chronic pain/illness, prenatal or post-partum families, adult children of alcoholics and supporting other community workers such as therapists, non profit employees and movement organizers. I welcome and support folks of all identities and backgrounds.
My approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Mind-Body Connection, and Systems Theory. Our emotional wellbeing is connected to our bodies, environment, and communities. Using this holistic mindset, I support clients in exploring the roots of any negative beliefs they hold, gently encouraging them to forge new paths of empowerment.
