Hi, I’m so glad you’re here and taking this first step towards bettering yourself. Let’s be honest — finding time for therapy can feel almost impossible sometimes! I have been a licensed professional counselor since 2013. I am certified in perinatal mental health, and have a passion for working with parents who might be struggling during the prenatal, perinatal, or postnatal phases. This could include, but is not limited to, concerns with depression, anxiety, parenting transition struggles, birth trauma, and/or infertility. I have a special interest in supporting parents through miscarriage and infant loss.
My counseling style is transparent, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach with clients is eclectic, and can combine various treatment modalities. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
