About
Hello, and congratulations on taking that first step towards bettering your mental health! I have been a licensed professional counselor since 2013. I am certified in perinatal mental health and have a passion for working with parents who are struggling during the prenatal, perinatal, or postnatal phases. This includes, but is not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and tough life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting parents through birth traumas, miscarriage, and infant loss.
My counseling style is transparent, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach with clients is eclectic and can combine various treatment modalities. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
