Hello! My name is Tara and as an Associate MFT working under the supervision of Jonathan Pappas LMFT 90331, I work collaboratively with clients of all ages, and offer kindness, compassion, and empathy. I possess wisdom and both the personal and professional life experience that makes me a great choice to speak with regarding any and all issues having to do with: anxiety, depression, relationships, raising children, caring for aging parents, adjusting to retirement and empty-nest, loss, grief, and all of life's ever-evolving phases. I have experience with all ages, and with individuals, couples and families. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT, EFT, SFT, and Family Systems in my practice, to help clients heal, grow, and emerge through a variety of interventions, and treatments. I work collaboratively with clients on their goals and work to take into account their unique and specific needs.
I have years of life experience in many roles, including those of wife, mother, and teacher.
