My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in psychodynamic theory and weaves multiple therapeutic modalities & research, including trauma-informed interventions, somatic therapy, neuroscience, and attachment theory. My clients appreciate my relaxed, warmly inquisitive and direct style. I adhere to a nonpathologizing model, recognizing coping mechanisms as survival strategies. I believe that emotions are powerful messengers, pointing to authentic needs and feelings. I work with people who are interested in understanding how their strategies are perpetuating anxiety & self doubt, preventing them from experiencing peace and confidence.
Being an immigrant myself, I understand the unique challenges faced by immigrants, children of immigrants, & bicultural individuals. My practice embraces diversity. For those navigating the complexities of parenting, my therapy is designed to assist you through the emotional and psychological aspects of this transformative experience.
I also have a passion for working with women of all ages.
