Finding a good therapeutic fit can be a real challenge! When you're at a low point, it can seem even more daunting to reach out and take on this task. I aim to make this process as simple and effective as possible, providing a supportive, gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence. My main areas of experience and expertise are trauma, somatic therapies, ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration, anxiety and mood issues, substance use, and life transitions.
I approach therapy through a person-centered, trauma-informed, harm-reduction-based, and somatically aware lens. My passion is helping folks to clarify their mind, connect to their body, and honor their spirit, using the tools of our human connection, somatic and mindfulness techniques, harm reduction education & psychedelic medicines (currently ketamine).
I have experience serving folks from all walks of life, and I'm familiar with and open to many non-mainstream lifestyles & identities. As someone with lived experience as a person who uses drugs (PWUD) and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the margins of society. I happily offer a free 15-minute phone or Zoom consultation to see if we click.
