As a counselor, I have a unique approach to provide my clients with a safe, non-judgmental, and relaxed environment. This is a place where you can come and be who you are and remove the mask of everyday life. My primary goal is to establish a foundation of trust, rapport, empathy, growth & healing. I believe that a collaboration between therapist and client is essential to the growth of the client, as well as, helping the client gain confidence within themselves and believe that their past does not have to hold them hostage. Clients must be willing to participate in their own healing process.
I specialize in partnering with clients who have experienced: Substance Abuse; Trauma; PTSD; Life Stressors; Behavioral Issues; Depression and Anxiety. I have experience working with children; teens; adults; and couples.
