The most important thing is again that willingness and desire to change.
I can help by providing a safe place to do the work needed for real change. The most important thing in the counseling process is for you to feel comfortable with me and heard. I will not tell you what to do. I will only guide you. I will meet you where you are, and we can take baby steps together. We accomplish this by creating a foundation based on trust.
