For adults and older adolescents Tara believes in combining insight from lifelong experiences and patterns with cognitive behavioral therapy. For young children she works with closely with both parent and child. She specializes in emotional and behavioral problems of young children and in the impact of early trauma on adult anxiety and depression. In her spare time, Tara enjoys square dancing and hiking in the wonderful Cleveland Metropark system. She directs a small food pantry associated with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
