Grief and loss is complicated. We hear about it most with death or terminal illness. Yet grief shows up around chronic illness, relationships, job loss, fertility, deployment, and other life transitions. Who cares for the caregiver? What happens when one loss is compounded by others? We know sadness and anger come with grieving. How about guilt, anxiety, lack of concentration, regret, depression, lack of confidence, or even some relief? As a grief and loss specialist, I provide empathy, knowledge, and a safe space to help you explore and navigate your thoughts, emotions, and unique experiences. You don't have to do this alone.

I work with tweens, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups to better understand grief and loss and to develop healthy coping strategies. My areas of expertise within a grief and loss frame include: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, disordered and emotional eating, substance use, trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD. I am EMDR trained.
