I recommend starting your initial session as an extended 90 minute session. The extra time allows us an opportunity for a more comprehensive exploration on what brought you to therapy and begin to build out the focus for our work. Most of our work is talk therapy, but I bring in tools as needed from a variety of treatment modalities, all within a trauma-informed, culturally affirming framework.
