Do you feel stuck? Overwhelmed? Numb? Inadequate? Exhausted? Are you tired of ruminating, overthinking, and intrusive thoughts? Are you a Christian experiencing a crisis of faith, religious OCD or spiritual abuse recovery? I am honored to support women with their anxiety, OCD, Christian faith issues, trauma recovery, or burn-out. I empower women to find their confidence and peace. I help clients learn to quiet their minds. By the end of therapy, many of my clients express an increased overall sense of well-being, clarity, and direction. I serve clients virtually in Tennessee and Georgia and in-person in Nashville.
I am a Christian therapist who integrates evidenced-based practices such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I-CBT and Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy to treat OCD, anxiety, depression and trauma. My style is collaborative and supportive, and my approach is holistic, considering mind, body, and spirit.
My passion is to create a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive space for clients to wrestle with the hard things and find hope. It is my joy to co-journey with clients on the path to healing, knowing that my clients are the experts of their own lives.
