I specialize in working with children and youth, as well as women's mental health and family dynamics. I specialize in anxiety, depression, Perinatal Mental Health (Postpartum), family relationships, addiction, stress and self esteem.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT evidence-based modalities. I truly enjoy working with new moms with my experience in Perinatal Mental Health. I also provide Play Therapy as I specifically work with children and teens. Therapy does not look the same for everyone. I believe in tailoring an individualized experience for each of my clients.
