My name is Tara Nimry, and I’m a therapist of Asian Pacific Islander descent. I'm a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where your story and identity are honored. I help teens and adults navigating OCD, trauma, anxiety, and perinatal/postpartum challenges, including birth trauma, fertility struggles, and pregnancy or infant loss. As an EMDR-certified therapist trained in ERP, I use evidence-based approaches to help clients process painful experiences, reduce distress, and build healthier ways of coping and relating.
