I work hard to build trust with people and work with them to create a safe and comfortable environment where they can be who they are, share and grow.
I have done a little of everything in my years of practice so far, but these days I primarily work with individual adults who are neurodivergent or suspect they may be! The focus is on supporting ADHD or Autistic adults through diagnosis, self acceptance and learning to take good care of their neurodivergent needs.
