Navigating ADHD, gender identity shifts, or relationship dynamics that feel overwhelming or hard to make sense of, especially when it’s easy to be hard on yourself or feel stuck on how to find relief, are all areas I support as your therapist. I often work with people sorting through anxiety, depression, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-worth as they try to feel more steady, understood, and like themselves again.

I’m here to help you walk through it all with new insights, support, and skills so you can begin to see the possibilities on the other side. Sometimes we’re focusing on warmth and humor to help you breathe a little easier in a hard week. Many of our clients file and receive a reimbursement for individual therapy from anywhere between 50-80 percent of session cost after meeting their deductible. MT is an out-of-network provider so we do not accept insurance outright but we can empower you with how to use of your insurance benefits.
