This is an ideal group for you and your little one. Moms can bring their child ages 3-5 for a fun storytime, yoga and connection based activities for parents to begin healthy social and emotional family bonds. Tara is a registered yoga teacher, licensed professional counselor and civil mediator. This group meets weekly and needs to be booked and paid for prior to attendance.
