Tara has over 11 years of Certified Christian Life Coaching with MA in Clinical Counseling to help our clients achieve life changing results. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy ( SFT) counseling coaching with our clients and we are also trained in Trauma Therapy
