I founded Rising Lotus Therapy Center because my passion is providing the best quality mental health care for families. I believe the most important thing we can provide for our children is a strong foundation for a lifetime of mental health. As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S), I am one of the few therapists in Palm Beach County who specializes in working with children under 6, including those that have experienced trauma. I have worked successfully with children who have experienced ADHD, anxiety, divorce, loss, SPD, trauma, and gifted children with emotional difficulties.
It is HARD when your child struggles. As parents, we ask ourselves, Is this normal? Am I am bad parent? What did I do wrong? The answer is that raising a child is hard. Each child experiences the world differently and some may need extra support. Taking the difficult step of reaching out for help can be the most supportive thing you can do for your child.
