As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am here to work with you in discovering positive and healthy choices to utilize in everyday life. I provide assistance to clients through support, guidance, and encouragement. No matter what you are feeling, or what challenges life has thrown at you, I am committed to guiding you through mutually agreed treatment options and techniques.
I practice using a psychodynamic approach, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy. I am also an EMDR trained therapist. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief, crisis intervention, and phase of life concerns.
My experience has allowed me to work with people with somatic symptom disorder, personality disorders, hoarding tendencies, behavioral issues, and autism spectrum disorder. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for all clients to discuss and reach their personalized goals, regardless of age, race, sex, gender, religion, or culture.
