About
Sometimes, we need additional support to figure out the next step or to make a change in a positive direction. I understand that seeking help can be overwhelming. My priority is to provide a comfortable and safe place for you to talk about your personal issues and concerns. I am non-judgmental, patient and understanding. I have over 15 years of experience in individual and family counseling, working with a wide variety of issues.
I work with adults to address many types of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, abuse, trauma, as well as parenting concerns. My office is comfortable and provides privacy for clients.
I also have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults with concerns related to emotional, relationship and self-esteem difficulties. I recognize the every-changing issues of today's society that can be difficult to navigate.
