Burnout and brain fog that sleep won't touch or an unexpected midlife shift. Anxiety, insomnia, weight, stress, or trauma are undercurrents to a life that looks perfect, but unsustainable and crumbling. My approach integrates clinical psychotherapy, EMDR, neurofeedback, somatic experience, and nutritional psychology to address what talk alone can't reach: the nervous system, the gut-brain axis, the metabolic and hormonal terrain underneath your symptoms.
I practice trauma-informed talk therapy that is relational (EFIT), psychodynamic, person-centered, and strengths based along with inner-child healing and shadow work. I also utilize neurofeedback and EMDR to support CNS regulation and PTSD. To resource the body, I integrate nutritional psychology and somatic mindfulness. I am a Hoffman Process graduate.
